marriage doesn't have to make u fat ;)

a recent Greek study, which tracked 17,341 Greeks aged between 20-70 revealed that married women were twice as likely to become obese as those who remained single, while married men were three times more likely to pile on the kilos.

so how to keep your marriage and helath intact?
health experts recommend :

* starting healthy eating plan and an exercise program with your partner(two of u means twice the support of encouragement)

*looking good for each other(a desire to look good for ur partner)

*trying something new
(learning how to prepare healthy n delicious meals together)

*exploring your own interest
(maintaining ur own program in addition to a joint one will ensure u stay on track)

*be flexible
(alternate between restaurant/recipies/exercise to keep thing fresh)
